The cats are doing well, I'm doing fairly well. :') My cat always looks very grumpy when we take pictures together.
I just read in the newspaper that the sun has only shone for twenty minutes in whole December all over Finland. No wonder I feel very tired. I could get energy from the sun.
It's been raining every day. I've still been persistent in going for a run almost every day. I'd like to be a little lighter and in better shape for the summer.
Christmas is coming... the only good thing about Christmas is seeing friends. I also like to relax by watching a series and sipping a hot glögi. (*)
My doctor and I decided to stop my add medications, none of them helped on my add symptoms. Next we will try non-drug alternatives. It would have been a good idea to start with this instead of trying all the expensive medications that caused side effects. Oh well..
Recently I have been coding mostly paid layouts with varying success. I plan to clean up the free layout section a bit, some of the older layouts now look really stupid to me. I probably won't remove them permanently though, if anyone still wants to use them. I also plan to make some new free layouts.
I guess that's all for now, Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it! :)
(*) Glögg, gløgg or glögi is a spiced, often alcoholic, mulled wine, or spirit of Swedish origin.
In the Nordic countries, hot wine has been a common drink since at least the 16th century. The original form of glögg, a spiced liquor, was consumed by messengers and postmen who travelled on horseback or skis in cold weather.
Since the early 19th century, glögg has been a common winter drink, mixed and warmed with juice, syrup, and sometimes with a smaller quantity of harder spirits or punsch.
It was a fun weekend. I went on a surprise boat trip with my boyfriend in the middle of the night. The moon and stars looked beautiful as we headed down the river towards our accommodation. I'm still a little dizzy from the weekend. I haven't even managed to post videos of our trip to Instagram, although I usually update it almost in real time.
The current version of Itinerae was originally supposed to be purple, but I couldn't give up the green color yet. Instead, I used purple tones in my new Premium template. There's still a little extra tweaking to do with those flexbox layouts, but I guess I'm slowly learning how they work.
I got some bad news about my ADD medication, the product is being changed to something three times more expensive. As if my financial situation wasn't bad enough already. My previous medications have caused me too many side effects.
The weather has definitely gotten colder. I'm not ready for fall yet. :3
I just released my first premium template. I'm not sure if I'm 100% happy with it but I tried my best. It was my first time making a template using CSS flexbox. It took me a few sweaty days to get it to work the way I wanted. I used W3Schools and Google to help me.
There's a heat wave here in Finland, it's pretty miserable when it's +30 degrees inside too, but I can't complain. Winter and cold are coming too soon.
I've had some unexpected financial problems and I've been feeling anxious lately. I won't be able to travel anywhere anytime soon, but I guess that is smallest of my problems...
Today I've been dreaming about traveling again. I have an endless travel fever. I usually look for cheap flights on Skyscanner and accommodations on Booking.com. Norway is calling me, also Slovenia and Italy are high on my list of places I want to visit.
I visited my good friend last week. Had a great time. She has 3.5 month old kittens, they are so cute. ♥ Their names are Chili and Choco.

We watched the Eurovision Song Contest with a small group of people at my place over the weekend. We ate super good pizza made by my boyfriend. It was a nice evening / night. c:
Today I went for a walk in my nearby forest, there were a wonderful amount of flowers and butterflies everywhere. ♥
On the weekend I went to the sea to watch birds and admire the awakening nature. Unfortunately I didn't see Mandarin Ducks but instead I saw Eiders (Somateria mollissima), I was happy about that.
I almost stepped on a viper, it was probably napping on the rocks, it hissed at me. Sorry for the disturbance. :3 I have not seen a viper in the wild before.
I'm so happy that summer is here. :')
